Acceptable Use Policy

Purpose

This policy explains what you may and may not do on videobulin47.com. It applies to every photo you upload and every video you generate, and it is part of our Terms of Service.

What you must not upload or generate

The following is prohibited:

• Sexual or NSFW content: nudity, pornography or sexually suggestive material of any person, real or AI-generated.
• Violence and gore: graphic violence, injury, torture, or content that glorifies harm.
• Hate speech: content that attacks or demeans people because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar traits, or that promotes hate groups.
• Child-unsafe content: any photo of a person under 18, and any sexual or exploitative content involving minors (CSAM). We report suspected child sexual abuse material to the authorities.
• Deepfakes and impersonation: using a real person's likeness without their consent, including celebrities and public figures; presenting a generated video as real footage; or using videos to deceive, defraud, harass or defame others.
• Infringing content: photos, logos or other material you do not have the right to use, and anything that infringes another person's copyright, trademark or other rights.

Consent and age

You may only upload a photo of yourself, or of an adult (18 or older) who has clearly given you permission. By ticking the confirmation box you state that this is true. We may ask for proof of permission.

Label AI-generated videos

Every video is AI-generated. When you publish one, switch on the AI-generated content label on the platform you use, and do not present it as real footage or as an official video.

How we review and enforce

We use several layers, and we are open about their limits:

• Before generation: you must confirm consent and these rules. Requests are protected against automated abuse and are limited per account.
• During generation: the AI model we use applies its own safety filters. Requests it blocks are refused and the credits are returned to you.
• After generation: videos are private to your account; we do not publish or share them.
• Reports: we review reports sent to us (see Report content) and may remove content, suspend or close accounts, and cooperate with law enforcement where the law requires.
• We do not claim to manually review every upload before it is processed. We act on automated blocks and on reports.

Changes

We may update this policy. If you keep using the service after an update, you accept the updated version.
