Failed videos

If a generation fails or is blocked, the 10 credits are returned to your balance automatically.

If you have not used any credits from a pack, you can request a refund within 7 days of purchase at support@videobulin47.com.

Credits spent on a completed video cannot be refunded, since the video generation cost has already been incurred.
