Step by step
- Pick a clear, front-facing photo of yourself (details below).
- Upload it in the generator at the top of this page and tick the consent box.
- Wait a few minutes. You can close the page — the video appears in My videos and we email you.
- Download the 10-second 9:16 MP4.
- Post it on TikTok, Reels or Shorts, add the trending sound from their library, and turn on the AI-generated content label.
What makes a good photo
- One person only, face fully visible
- Even, bright light without hard shadows
- Looking straight at the camera
- No sunglasses, masks or heavy filters
- A photo of you, or of someone who gave permission — never a celebrity
Why the video is silent
The reference clip has no audio on purpose. Generated audio for this kind of clip is often blocked as potentially copyrighted, so the MP4 is delivered silent. On TikTok or Reels, choose the trending sound yourself and it will line up with the video.
Cost
Each video uses 10 credits. Credit packs start at $9.99 and never expire. If a generation fails, the credits are refunded automatically.
Posting tips for TikTok, Reels and Shorts
- Upload the MP4 as it is — re-encoding can soften the image
- Pick the trending sound from the app's library so the audio lines up with the beat
- Turn on the AI-generated content label
- Write a short caption that says it is a fan edit, not an official video
Common photo mistakes
- Group photos — the swap needs one clear face
- Sunglasses, masks or hats that cover the face
- Heavy beauty filters that change your features
- Cropped or very small photos with the face in a corner
- Strong backlight that turns the face into a silhouette
If something goes wrong
- The photo is rejected: use a JPG or PNG and make sure the face is visible
- The video fails: your 10 credits are refunded automatically — try a clearer photo
- It takes longer than expected: close the page and check My videos later
- The face looks slightly off: try a brighter, straight-on photo
What you get
Each video is 10 seconds, vertical 9:16 and 480p, with no audio. It keeps the original scene — the crowd, the handheld camera movement and the red lighting — and replaces only the lead performer with the person in your photo.
Quick answers
How long does the whole process take? Uploading takes seconds and generation usually takes a few minutes. You can close the page and come back to My videos, and we also email you when the video is ready.
Can I use a photo from my gallery? Yes. Any clear photo works, including one taken a while ago, as long as your face is visible and well lit. We shrink it in your browser before sending it.
Do I need an account? You can pick a photo without one. To generate, you sign in with Google so we can keep your credits and your finished videos in one place.
Can I make several versions? Yes. Each video uses 10 credits, so you can try different photos and keep the one you like best.
