Service
videobulin47.com is an unofficial fan tool that uses AI to create short videos from a photo you upload. It is not affiliated with Bulin 47, Kevin Wai, their label or TikTok.
Your photo
You may only upload photos of yourself or of people who gave you permission. The person must be 18 or older and must not be a celebrity or public figure. You are responsible for the photos you upload.
Prohibited use
No harassment, impersonation, deception, sexual content, or content that violates others' rights. We may refuse or remove any content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Credits
Credits are bought in packs, do not expire, and are tied to your account. One video costs 10 credits. Credits for failed generations are returned automatically.
Output
Videos are silent AI-generated clips. Please label them as AI-generated when you publish. We provide the service as is, without guarantees about results.
